This means that we must evaluate the properties and the overall safety of food, just like the food we produce using conventional methods. The analysis of the laboratory covers the regulation 1829/2003/EK and 1830 ./2003/EC and further amendments having the possibility of detection and identification of Genetically Modified Organisms GMOs.
